1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Starshow Web Design Group, LLC's web design services ("Services"). By engaging with Starshow Web Design Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 2. Services Provided

Starshow Web Design Group, LLC provides web design services including but not limited to custom website design, responsive development, website redesign, and landing page design. 3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of our Services. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents related to your content, data, and materials provided to us.

Provide timely access to required accounts (e.g., domain registrar, hosting, CMS, analytics platforms).
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business and website content.

4. Payment Terms

All fees for Services must be paid as specified in the service agreement or invoice. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule, and late payments may incur additional charges. Starshow Web Design Group, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by Starshow Web Design Group, LLC in connection with the Services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, excluding any proprietary tools, methods, or templates used to produce them.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Starshow Web Design Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement and fails to remedy it within a reasonable period. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for Services rendered shall become immediately due.

9. Third-Party Services

Some of our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, CMS tools, and analytics services. Starshow Web Design Group, LLC is not responsible for any downtime, changes, or issues caused by these external platforms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Starshow Web Design Group, LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

Starshow Web Design Group, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
